Frank C. Good - Executive President
Mr. Good has been a S. Florida resident for over 42 years, the last 12 in Palm Beach County. Frank is a former Law Enforcement Officer serving over 10 years in Broward County. Frank was a highly decorated officer receiving over 30 departmental commendations including Medal of Valor for heroism, Life Saving Award, Officer of the Month, and 1984 Police Officer of the Year.
Frank's security experience includes positions as Security Director of several area malls, gated communities, and private condominium residences. Frank's most recent corporate position as Florida Regional Security Manager for PNC formally National City. In this position Frank was instrumental in reducing the banks robbery exposure by incorporating Bullet Resistant Glass in the branch locations throughout its footprint.
Frank is very active in our community serving on several Board of Directors including The Palm Beach Economic Crime Unit, and as Vice Chairman for the Society of Industrial Security (ASIS). Frank also gives of his time to area Youth Sports Programs as a coach, and also has served as President of the West Boynton Girls Fastpitch Association, and the West Boynton Football League.
Lynn M. Smith - Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Smith has been in Palm Beach County area for over 42 years. Lynn has been servicing customers' needs in the banking industry for over 28 years. She showed her dedication and loyalty by working with one organization for over 24 years. In 1987, she received the "Employee of the Year" Award, the criteria to hold this award required numerous community service hours and several accomplishments at the Bank. She managed branches and departments during her career at the bank gathering a wealth of knowledge and experience in dealing with customers and employees. The final position held was a Senior Vice President role in the Operations Department.
She has been active in several business groups including Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Boynton Beach and Civitan Clubs. Ms. Smith earned her associates degree in Business Administration and Management from Palm Beach Community College.
